Job Qualification :
- Develop strategic plan for the project
- Responsible for the development projects for land, property acquisition or investment purposes, and actively seek new sites.
- Overseeing operations, General Management, and Property Development
- Overall planning, executing, controlling, and coordinating property development projects to ensure that they are in line with approved plans.
- Oversee project planning, appointment of consultants, design development, and implementation.
- To ensure conceptual design, development program and budget, are prepared on time and approved by management.
- Responsible in layout planning and approval.
- To coordinate and liaise effectively with clients, contractors, consultants and other government authorities to ensure all specification and services comply with technical specification.
- Work together with marketing and sales manager in identifying, developing, achieving the target and provide market knowledge.
- Perform any other duties and/or assignments deemed appropriate should the need arise
Job Qualification :
- Trust in God
- Degree/Master in Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate or equivalent.
- At least 8-10 years experience in property development, with at least 5 years at senior managerial level and familiar with the property development process and good knowledge of property-related laws, regulations and market trends.
- Resource and good communication with local authorities and institution
- Required skill(s) : strong business acumen, commercial sense, budget management skills, proactive, resourceful, strong leadership, strategic thinking, result oriented, and excellent in organizational skills.
- Required language (s) : formal Indonesia language (written and speaking), English (written and speaking), and Mandarin (preferably)
