Tasks
- Accomplishes Trading / Dealing Phone / Unified Communication project results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining project schedule; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems SOP, Quality Assurance, and documentation.
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for Accomplishing project maintenance job done well.
- Completes projects by coordinating internal resources and timetables for User or Costumers and documentation relates.
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating Company's customer requirements.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an project budget; scheduling Project Manager expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Female
- Diploma in IT Telecommunication, business administration or relate fields (Age maximum 30 years old, single is a plus for us)
- Have an experience in Trading Communication System for dealing room treasury in Indonesia, controlling, business analysis, sales/marketing or related functions
- Hands on experience and have good network for similar Project, for Bank and Financial industry
- In one or more field of activities like financial industry, have fair technical knowledge of dealing phone system.
- Ability to coordinate, develop and implement multi functional and cross-business unit activities as well as to generate new ideas
- Good understanding of macroeconomic connections and trends as well as of Telecommunication and Trading Information Systems trends
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a high ability to develop business or project strategy and manage implementation
- Ability to lead and work with a cross-functional team
