Main Responsibility :
Create and maintain database and information system as an asset and enrich the database on continuous basis
In Scope
• Create and maintain data mart using current CIGNA data
• Utilize the data mart to increase customer value or CIGNA value
• Bridge the connection between CIGNA's databases
• Create database models to give values to CIGNA
• Work closely with other CVM team member and support other CVM projects
• Enrich CIGNA database from external sources
Out Scope
• Initiate and lead one of CVM projects.
• On regular basis create analysis on sales perfo rmance and discuss with other related party to improve sales performance
• Analyze the trend on aspects other than sales such as persistency, claim, etc.

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in database management in insurance.
- Bachelor Degree in mathematics, statistics background, IT background.
- Proficient in SAS software and familiarity with other database processing
- Familiarity with bank/credit card/insurance environment is a plus
- Familiar with financial institution environment
- Developing team members in the work as well as for long-term success.
- Have knowledge of policies, technologies, trends, information current and in the future.
- Able to design a good system, forming a strong management team, designing and implementing an effective working system
- Developing business concepts are new and different, keep the necessary resources and provide solutions.
