Requirements
- Male or Female, max. 30 years of age
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Full Time Position(s) available
- Proficient in utilizing MS Office & MS Excel
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good communication skills, highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Well organized and have high attention to details
- Minimun 2 years work experiences
- Able to work under pressure and long hours
- Making and monitoring all the supporting document for payroll monthly report, controlling overtime calculation, BPJS Kesehatan and another isurance
- Review and monitoring medical claim reimbursement
- Handling recruitment process
- Report employee attendance directly to Management
- Handling office supplies stock (stationary, pantry) and office maintenance (photocopy machine, building etc.)
- Supervice driver and office boy
