Job Responsibilities: * Perform Spa treatments to guests as assigned, based on established standard protocols & procedures. * Thoroughly conduct guest's health assessment before each treatment. * Before greeting and ushering guest to the treatment room, check the treatment room in regards to cleanliness, lighting, smell and functionality of the massage bed, shower area and standard set-up. * Before starting the treatment, reconfirm guest's treatment selection(s), areas to avoid, allergies & injuries. * After the treatment, recommend retail products based on the products used. Job Requirements: * 2 years' experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel or Casino Resort environment. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Massage therapist diploma. * Fluent in English
