We are looking for an Operations Manager to provide customer services, operations and basic facilities support to business clients within the premises.
Reporting Directly To: Director
Role Objective: Responsible for Suite (Virtual) Office New Sales and Marketing-related local campaigns, Suite (Virtual) Office Accounts Management and Operations Management, Suite (Virtual) Office client concerns, and Suite (Virtual) Office Team Management.
Key Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing, Accounts Management, Team Management, Admin and Finance-related functions
Job Description:
- Develops a Suite (Virtual) Office business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.
- Prepares action plans for effective search of Suite (Virtual) Office sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Prepares and conducts proposals and presentations.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Handles sales tours for Suite (Virtual) Office prospects
- Oversees and manages Suite (Virtual) Office operations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Male/Female, max 40 years old
- Education: Any business-related course
- Experience: At least 3-5 years experience in the Suite (Virtual) Office or hospitality industry in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience from within facilities management, office management, operations, building management or similar
- Experience of providing the highest levels of customer service
- Ability to liaise comfortably with high level corporate clients
- Ability to lead a small team
- A presentable and approachable demeanour
