Job Responsibility :
- To source commercial occupants for all company's portfolio(commercial office portfolio)
- Assist the GM to driving the marketing team and support unit to boost up the occupancy rate with viable terms
- To develop marketing plans for office leasing
- To increase occupancy tenants,to service and review the operations for key tenants
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in commercial and office leasing.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in reputable university preferable overseas graduate, majoring in marketing or business development.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Good appearance, positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, able to speak in mandarin language is advantage.
