Job brief
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management, operation and enhancement of the service office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. As a member of the management team, the Operations manager will actively plan and direct operations to improve productivity, performance and efficiency through the provision of effective methods and strategies. Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and ensure effective and timely presentation of all administration, inventory, operations and logistics works
- Monitor daily financial data and utilize to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets and inventory and plan effectively strategies an effective financial condition
- Manage and increase effectiveness and efficiency of through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication
- Establish organizational structures and delegate tasks and accountabilities with work schedules and monitor and evaluate performances
- Coordinate and monitor the work of production, pricing and distribution of goods by monitoring performance and implementing improvements. Ensure the quality of services and provide technical support where necessary
- Plan and support sales and marketing activities and customer support
- Bachelor Degree Preferred
- 3 – 5 years of management experience
- Excellent understanding of service office operation
- Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
