Major Duties & Responsibilities :
- Monitoring all network element & system service status
- Contact network element PIC if any problem occurred
- Create routine (daily, weekly & monthly) system summary performance report
- Male, age max. 25 years old
- Fresh graduate with degree major in Telecommunication from reputable universities with GPA min. 2.75
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Provides technical support covering PCs, LAN, WAN, Email, Data Communication and Telecommunication.
- Strong understanding of Windows, NT, Linux, and Global Internet Exchange will be an advantage
- Hard working, posses good communication, interpersonal skills and high willingness to success
- Willingness to work in shift
