Location: SURABAYA OR JAKARTA Job Description: As MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER, you will be responsible in:

Creating and Promoting our Project Brand
Making a solid short and long term Marketing Plan
Working together with other division to achieve Marketing Target
Handling Communication with Media
Managing and Maintaining Relation with Vendors

Successful Candidate should possess these following qualities:

Graduate from respectful Universities (min S1) with GPA > 3.00
A Minimum of 5 years Experience in Marketing Communication (in Property)
Excellent Understanding about Branding Concept
Working Knowledge about Marketing Mix
High Commitment to achieve KPI from Board of Director
Creative and a good team player
