Main Responsibility :
- Develop, deploy, and monitor predictive model and/or segmentation to meet business needs
- Work with RM, SM, TM, and other related functions on selecting best potential prospects/leads to be acquired
- Manage specific partner's portfolio to optimize revenue stream for both Cigna and partners
- Analytics support for business to improve marketing campaign, business process and services, e.g. product and pricing analysis, billing analysis, NPS analysis, Leads optimization, etc.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in segmentation (clustering/discriminant analysis), predictive modeling, and customer analytics technique in financial, telco, or retail industry.
- Bachelor degree, graduated in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, Economics, Marketing, or other related subject with quantitative background, from reputable and well known university.
- Proficiency in analytical software programming (i.e. SAS and SPSS) and database processing (i.e. SQL).
- Familiarity with bank/insurance environment is a plus
- Strong aptitude, motivation and interest in conducting quantitative analysis to transform data into impactful information and intelligence
- Good communication & presentation skill in both verbal and written
- An individual contributors as well as a good team player
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
