URGENTLY NEEDED :
Sous Chef (Hot Kitchen)
We are looking for a Sous Chef (Hot Kitchen) with a very strong background of asian / japanese and western / french food (Fusion) who is able to work under pressure and work as a team the daily operation which is related to the kitchen area.
Requirements :
- Candidate must prosses at least a diploma, Bachelor's degree, food & beverage service management, hospitaly/tourism/hotel management or equivalent.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least 3 Years of working experience in a leadership position.
- Preferably manager/ assistant managers specializing in food/beverage /restaurant service or equivalent
Job description :
- Provide day to day supervision of kitchen operation.
- Ensure strict quality control of all food prepared.
- Manage food cost evectively.
- Manage inventory levels & orders
- Build & operate a strong & cohesive kitchen team.
- Conduct training for kitchen staff.
- Manage supply chain of high quality suppliers.
- Manage HR issues & reqruitment of new staff when necessary.
- Manage staffing schedules
