Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will assist in all site commercial matters including tender and contract administration, cost monitoring and controlling, facilitating variations assessment for the building project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in building or quantity surveying
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience gained from property developer or consultant QS
- Good knowledge in international building contract will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal English
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
