Quality Assurance – Quality Control Inspector

Key Roles
- Responsible and accountable in leading the QA and QC team ensuring the QA QC Management System for quality standard.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow established quality systems to ensure Project are compliant with quality requirements on every stage of engineering and construction.
- Commercialization Engineer, and Supervise Construction / GSI to implement and monitor all of Key initiatives.
- Ensure Construction are testing and checking data and following the ISO 9001 and 14001 required standards accurately and correctly.
- Ensure all activities related to materials specification and testing standards meet with quality standards.
- Complete Punch and Defect List final inspections on Project Completion as outlined in the Quality Planas Quality Assurance Manual.
- Inspect, Monitoring, Control and ensure that Quality Assurance have to been happen in all project as Quality plan standards.
Requirements:
- Preferably holds a degree in a post-secondary discipline (eg. Associate's Degree, B.A etc.), Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering from reputable and state university e.g. ITB, ITS, UI, UGM etc.
- Expertise and experience at least 5 years (High Rise Building and Property Developer eg. Apartment and Residence etc ) IS A MUST
- Experience to provide Quality Management System ISO 9001 and 14001 for Implement in Project Management
- Age: between 30 to 37 years old
- Very Good English (Oral and Written)
- Computer literate.
- Honest, diligent, tenacious, Team Work oriented and good interpersonal skill.
- Indonesian Citizen
