Responsibility: Responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of transportation matters (trucking) in Logistics Division. This includes managing budgets, organizing schedules & routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties. Job description:
- Planning truck routes and load scheduling for multiple-drop deliveries
- Booking in deliveries and leasing with customers
- Allocation and recording resources and movements on the transportation planning system
- Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations
- Communicating effectively with customers and responding to their requirements
- Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms
- Trucking vendor management experience
- Driver control & management
- Maintenance control & management
- Workshop control & management
- Male, age minimum 35 years
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
- At least 7 years in logistics/transportation experience in freight forwading industry
- Possessing strong leadership, good analytical and problem solving skills
- Willing to work under pressure
- Fluently speaks and writes in English
- Office location: Cibitung, Bekasi
- Office hours include working 2 Saturdays in a month (half-day)
