In this role, you are responsible to prepare and assist management in determining operational standard, objectives and performances by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements. Part of your role will also to improve current system, procedure and control mechanism by studying practices, identifying process gaps and recommending solutions, including designing, constructing and lead the implementation of its solutions.
You are also responsible to generate and analyze statistics/reports on company operations KPI; conduct audit on operations to monitor adherence to corporate standard and generate performance reports in order toensure local company and vendor performance meet corporate standards and customer experience.
Function as a customer interface; research/resolve/answer customer inquiries on service failures and resolution; prepare customer documentation in order to enhance customer experience to achieve satisfaction
In this role, you will also identify/evaluate/solve operational issues to provide a reliable service; audit compliance with contractual agreement, Corporate service standards, Regulatory requirements and operational requirements; identify improvement opportunities; recommend and execute corrective action and initiatives and comply with all operational policies, procedures and processes and regulatory requirements in order to provide an efficient operations process and ensure regulatory compliance.
Assist in the delivery of corporate training; develop, implement training aids to enhance local company compliance to service standards in order to meet the business objectives.
Assists in Corporate technology development projects, assists in feasibility studies and user requirements, data gathering, and acceptance testing; assist with Regional Planning & Development department on solution development and implementation in order toensure sufficient tools, equipment and technology is available to support the business operations.
Assist and coordinate projects as assigned by manager; collaborates with Worldwide and Regional teams to rollout new operating locations; assists in projects and coordinates the implementation of new technology; reports on implementation progress, assist in conduct of post implementation reviews to measure success of rollout/implementation in order toimprove service offerings and expand the network of served countries
To be successful in this role, you should have minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent with three (3) years professional experience in Operations, Manufacturing or related areas. Knowledge of ISO, Six Sigma, LEAN and Theory of Constraint will be added advantages for consideration. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
