Qualification:
- Male late 30 – 45 years old
- S1 degree in relevant discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 4 years as a Chief Housekeeping on high rise office building
- Good Leadership, Team player and has passion to develop people, Customer & Service Oriented person with passion and desire, Possitive attitude , outgoing , energic, responsible, fast learner, and independent, hard worker and willing to work under pressure
- Posses an excellent skill in igniting team spirit, motivating as well as developing others
- Strong Leadership and Demonstrated ability to manage and lead subordinate
- Good communication and organizational skills ability to analyze and solve problems capable of functioning well under stress and during emergencies
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Internet
