Job Description: As a Server Supervisor, you are responsible for update master data server, checklist, up to manual checklist; monitoring and execution troubleshooting branch server; preparation for branch server; monitoring case periodically; patching server; responsible to manage and making work plans for your team; also manage all report and review documentation. Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators experience
- Prior experience in server troubleshooting in branch.
- Understand symantec Net backup and MS Exchange
- Having good knowledge in AD & DNS
- MCSE certified is a plus
- Strong leadership and able to manage your team member
- Good analytical thinking and confident to make quick decision
- Good team work, able to build communication with positive attitude
- Able to work in tight deadline and high expectation
- Having own vehicle
- Work hour: shifting (3 shift/day)
- Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
- Placement for Jakarta and Surabaya
