Import Officer PT Langgeng Kreasi Jaya Prima

Purpose:

Manage and prepare goods and documents for all imports on a daily basis. The candidate will liaise with customs/airlines/agents on a daily basis and comply to all relevant procedures/legislation.

Key activities include:

Manage, control, check or assist with issuing of all import documents.
Effective negotiation of duties and terms for imports.
Provide professional, efficient and timeous advice and/or communications to the organization with regard to tariffs, incoterms, duties, restrictions and permits.
Obtain freight quotations and/or permits where necessary.
Ensure that all transactions are done in a cost-effective way.
Manage, control and release PO ( Purchase Order)

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Willing to be located in Tabanan, Bali.
2 (two) years' experience in imports/exports or fresh graduates with relevant qualification are welcome to apply.
Detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
High degree of accuracy, problem solving, decision making and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Computer proficiency in MS office including Outlook
Organized and able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines.
Good communication skills – spoken and written, both English and Bahasa
