Digital Manager PT Cigna

Responsible for increasing Cigna engagement, and lead generating opportunities through Cigna digital and interactive channels, including social media, website and other upcoming platforms. The position strategizes, manages, and reports all aspects of engagement efforts on these properties, including formulating strategies that focus on developing future audiences through digital platforms.
 
 Social Media Strategy and Management

  • Develops and implements strategies to tell Cigna comprehensive institutional story and increase Cigna engagement with and outreach to constituents' across wide variety of social media platforms.
  • Develops strategies to cultivate followers, build and maintains communities, and increase engagement across a wide variety of Cigna constituents both existing and emerging.
  • Coordinates with PR and Internal Communication manager to ensure balance and scheduling of paid versus organic posts and acquisition strategies.
  • Under general direction of CMO, develops and manages execution of individual content creation, solicitation and placement schedules for all Cigna social media platforms.
  • Compiles detailed social media metrics, statistics and reports.
  • Researches and informs teams of emerging technology and current social media trends, recommending development of additional platforms and strategies as necessary.
 
Website Management
  • Responsible for strategic oversight and management of Cigna website properties including:
  • Collaborating closely with the Cigna Communications and Marketing team, acts as team leader in the creation, deployment and oversight of website content creation strategies, including strategies for ensuring sites are aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Develops, monitors, and regularly reports out on key performance metrics related to web properties.
  • Strategizes, recommends and plans improvements to web properties based upon ongoing analysis of web analytics and industry innovations and changes.
  • Project manages website improvement initiatives, including coordination with IT and other Cigna units and management of all outside third party resources.
  • Bachelors degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
  • Experience bridging the gap between marketing, communications and technology and the delivery of marketing and communications programs across multiple channels.
  • Successful experience implementing major digital initiatives and an understanding of the full spectrum of digital activities.
  • Experience managing large-scale digital initiatives. This includes website design and redesign and significant content repurposing across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated, In-depth knowledge of Google analytics and other web site metric programs.
  • Demonstrated excellent written communication skills; experienced copywriter across a wide variety of different marketing channels, but especially, email and social media content.
  • Working knowledge of HTML Photoshop, and other creative online applications.
  • Experienced working with website Drupal content management systems
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills in order to meet multiple deadlines; strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond and perform in a favorable, flexible and supportive manner to short lead-time projects covering a broad range of digital tasks for the organization.
  • Must be capable of working independently within a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
