We are an automotive parts manufacturer & assembly seeking highly potential candidate to fill a position as SENIOR STAFF PPIC
Qualification:
Min D3 / S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering orIndustrial Engineering or Management
Having at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Production Planning and
Inventory Control (PPIC), Material Management, or having supervisory experience in another field in Automotive Parts Manufacturing company
Able to operate MS Office and computer skillA dynamic personality, having good sense of urgency, put first thing first
Strong leadership, p
Able to speak, write and hear a fair English
ossess a good communications and interpersonal skills
Preferably Male, max 35 years old
Domicile in Bekasi
Roles and Responsibilities
Organize the PPIC department
Direct and supervise sub-ordinates within the PPIC department.
Draw-up a complete overview of machine capacity and the needed man-power to man the machine.
Draw-up rolling master schedule of production planning
Control and monitor actual production output against plan production output.
Analyse causes of deviation of actual production output from plan and take or propose the necessary corrective action to a higher management level.
Responsible for Material Requirement Planning( MRP) comprising of raw materials, consumable, tools, dies, sub-contract works and packing materials
Control position of inventory balance, ensure the needed materials, consumable, tools, dies and sub-contract works for production are available as per the PPC production schedule
Schedule delivery of Finished Goods to customers in a most effective and efficient way
Produce production report – daily, weekly and monthly
Responsible for managing warehouse of Raw Materials and Finished Goods
