This position will be based at Martabe siteand reports directly to the Manager Community Development
The role of the Sr. Supervisor Reporting & Compliance is to develop and manage any Reporting and Compliance requested, Database & Information System, Budget Control and maintaining Administration of General Affairs Division (Community Development, Community Relations and Security). This position also to provide regular Analysis and Internal Audit Report of divisional programs and budget achievement in order to achieve company's standard and government regulation. This position is required to support of maintaining good relationship between company and local community surround its operation area, in order to obtain and maintain social license to operate
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Statistic/Administration/other science related with a minimum 5 years of experience working on budget control/monitoring & evaluation/company reporting/ record management system/ audit within mining company
- 5 years' experience in similar work
- Holds GRI Certification
- Adequate Interpersonal & Public Communication skill
- Familiar with Community Programs and CSR
- Adequate publication/ design graphic skill (Photoshop/Corel Draw/Movie Maker)
- Good Monitoring and Evaluation skill
- Good understanding on standard reporting system (ISO 26.000/Global Reporting Initiative/Government Regulations Compliance)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in English skill
- Adequate Writing skill
