- At least 3 years experiences as Project Manager in building construction.

- Mastering computer program AutoCad, Sketchup and 3D.
Job Description :
- Will be responsible for project management to ensure project completion on-time and within budget.
- Making structural planning and structural calculations.
- Create RAB architecture, civil structure and mechanical, electrical & plumbing along with interior.
- Conduct evaluations of offer and clarification of contractor's award.
- Control inventory during the project.
- Conduct supervision based on already prepared plans and audits during the project.
- Make project reports in a timely and project needs.
