HUMAN RESOURCES PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION Requirements:
- Sarjana Hukum dengan pengalaman kerja di Human Resource 4 tahun
- Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas yang intensive ke outlet
- Mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan, terbuka dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Dalam menangani industrial dispute, paham tata cara penanganan industrial case s/d proses PHI (Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial) dst
- Pimpinan dalam proses negosiasi untuk pembuatan / pembaharuan PKB/CLA (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama)
- Diutamakan pernah sebagai HR manager
