JOB DESK :
- Expand or modify system or improve workflow.
- To test, maintain, and monitor the system and computer program, including the coordination of the installation of computer programs and systems.
- Develop, document and revise the system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide staff and users about program problems, training
- Review and analyze the problem, bugs / errors and fix the error.
- Consult with management to ensure agreement on the principles of the system.
- Negotiating with the client regarding Implementation that meet the needs of users
- Coordinate staff and users to increase compatibility and so that information can be shared.
