Responsibilities
- Direct involvement in certain & various corporate projects
- Maintaining on time deliverables of legal services to both external and internal customers.
- Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, legal due diligence and regulatory compliance of the company.
- Review corporate and commercial agreements of the group as well as providing professional advice and consultation on legal matters.
- Liaising and coordinate with external professional such a notary and legal consultant / lawyer.
- Support legal document for land acquisition.
- Handle wide range of legal services such as general corporate, commercial agreements, company licenses, land acquisition, legal due diligence, and litigation.
- Liaise and coordinate with external professional such as notary or legal consultant.
- Perform documents control and maintain legal database up to date.
Requirements
- Male / female max. 35 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Law or equivalent (Master degree will be an advantage).
- At least 5 (five) years of working experience in mining, power plant, construction or Shipping and in legal services related field.
- Good command in English both oral and written (proficiency in mandarin will be an advantage).
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline, good initiative and attitude, good analytical thinking, detail oriented, communication and interpersonal skill.
- Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office.
- Stand by on call.
- Willing to travel in Remote Area.
